Non-Commercial IP Core Portal

Most software vendors have university programs or student versions of their products to promote their technology for use in academic education and research projects. When IP is created using such licenses, the use of the resulting IP is limited to non-commercial use. Software vendors typically offer ways to 'commercialize' non-commercial IP. Non-commercial IP can only be used for commercial purposes with written consent from the software vendor.
